Delivery Policy

Please note, goods in stock are usually dispatched, at the latest, by the next business day.

If goods are out of stock we will contact you with an approximate delivery date.

You must ensure somebody will be available at the delivery address to accept and sign for the goods. When signing for unexamined goods, please ensure you mark the paper work ‘unexamined’.

If the courier is unable to deliver the goods due to no-one being at the delivery address, you will need to contact the shop to rearrange a delivery – this may incur a further charge of £10.00.

 

Returns and cancellations.

Is the buyer required to cancel or return items within a specific time period?
Yes – If you are unhappy with an item purchased online you must return it within 7 days.

Do we charge restocking or other fees?
No – However there may be a charge levied if a credit card has been used or the item has been specially ordered for you.

Are there exceptions to our return or cancellation policies?
Yes – Any item that touches your mouth i.e. all microphones, in-ear earphones, or in-ear monitors, and any other items that touch your mouth, your nose, or your inner ear, cannot be returned due to our health and safety policy.

Do we require buyers to return items in their original shipping containers and/or packaging?
Goods should be returned to Reynolds Music in and together with their original packaging.

Reynolds Music will not be held responsible for any damages incurred in returning goods to us.

The condition of the goods will remain the customer’s responsibility until they have been booked in and assessed by Reynolds Music.

Will we or the buyer pay for postage?
You, the customer, will be required to pay for all postage incurred when returning goods to Reynolds Music, unless the goods are faulty. Special order items are generally non-returnable although Reynolds Music may, at their discretion, choose to accept a return on a specially-ordered item.

Your statutory rights are not affected by any of the provisions above.

 

International Orders

Payment for international orders must be by Bank Transfer. Goods will be despatched when payment has cleared. Please ring or email to arrange this. We will do our best to fulfill orders paid for by bank transfer as soon as possible but International orders do necessarily take a little longer. Payment must include shipping and insurance costs.
